On the summer of 2016 I spent 2 weeks working for a corporative accelerator called Innspiral, particularly in one of their projects, called Engie Factory.
Backed with the experience from the multinational energy company, Engie, Engie Factory is the new business platform developed to create multiple startups. Leaded by Lodewijk Verdeyen, Engie Factory has created startups on solar energy, energy storage and home energy management.
At Engie Factory I worked for three of the startups.
The first two startups that i worked in were a Heat Pump startup and a Home Energy Storage startup, that both needed ethnographical research to be conducted in order to know better their customers, so I applied the knowledge learnt from the Major at my college and spent multiple hours interviewing people and analysing data, in order to deliver a full report with insights, opportunities and limitations.
The third start up was Wenu, a home energy management system. I helped the CEO, Vartan Ishanoglu develop a customer journey map and a Experience Map for the whole service, in order to help them design the best service for the market. I also helped Wenu apply three projects for government capital funds, later adjudging one of the projects.
